LXVII.— An Act *for the relief of Erastus Pierson.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be directed to place To be placed on pension roll.the name of Erastus Pierson, of Essex county, New Jersey, upon the roll of revolutionary pensioners, and that he cause to be paid to him, the said Pierson, during his natural life, the sum of sixty dollars per annum, to commence on the fourth day of March, anno Domini eighteen hundred and thirty-one. Approved, July 20, 1840.
