Chap. LXVI.— An Act *for the relief of Daniel W. Going.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, To be placed on pension roll.directed to place Daniel W. Going on the pension roll, and to pay him the sum of four dollars per month, during his natural life, out of any moneys not otherwise appropriated, to commence from the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven.
