LXIV.— An Act *for the relief of Jacob Becker.* July 20, 1840. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, To be restored to pension roll.directed to restore the name of Jacob Becker, of the state of New York, to the roll of revolutionary pensioners of that state; and to allow him thirty dollars per annum during his life, from the third day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, the time payment of the former allowance was suspended. Approved, July 20, 1840.
