Chap. LXIV.— An Act for the relief of John Rodriguez. April 7, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to John Rodriguez, or to his Payment for damages done to his property.legal representatives, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eight hundred and eighty-three dollars, for damages done to his plantation by digging and using earth for works of defence during the late war, and for materials and labor to repair said plantation. Approved, April 7, 1830.
