March 3, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAccount to be settled. department be, and they are hereby, authorized to audit and settle the accounts of Harold Smyth, late a captain by brevet in the army of the United States, and quartermaster at Fort McHenry, upon the principles of equity and justice. Approved, March 3, 1819.
