LXIII.— An Act *for the relief of Burnell Burdsall.* July 9, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,Fayrrtent for arrears of pension. required and authorized to pay to Burnett Burdsall the sum of three hundred and forty-five dollars, for arrears of pension from the fifteenth of June, eighteen hundred and twenty-six, to the twentieth of January, eighteen hundred and thirty, at the rate of eight dollars per month, out of any money not otherwise appropriated.
