May 16, 1826. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officer be, and he isAccounts to be settled. hereby, authorized and directed to settle and adjust the accounts of Joseph Shomo, late a captain in the United States’ army, upon principles of equity and justice, so far as relates to the enlistment of ten soldiers.
