Chap. LXIII.— An Act for the relief of the representatives of Noel Soileau, deceased. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the heirs and legal representatives of Noel Soileau, deceased, be, and they are hereby, confirmed in their claim toTheir claim to 640 acres of land in Louisiana confirmed. six hundred and forty acres of land, lying near the Bayou Crocodile, in the Grand Prairie, in the county of Opelousas, in the state of Louisiana; it being the same on which Hilaire Bordelou resided in the year one thousand eight hundred and fourteen: *Provided,* This act shall be consideredProviso. only as a relinquishment on the part of the United States, and as not operating to the prejudice of any third person.
