Chap. LXI.— An Act for the relief of John Menary. March 31, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to John Menary, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,Payment for a horse lost. eighty-five dollars, the value of a horse taken from him by Col. Hindman, in the year one thousand eight hundred and twelve, for the benefit of the military service of the United States. Approved, March 31, 1832.
