Chap. LXI.— An Act authorizing the settlement of the accounts of the late Le Roy Opie. March 3, 1821. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasury Accounts to be settled.department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to settle the accounts of the late Le Roy Opie, battalion paymaster in the service of the United States, upon the principles of justice and equity.
