Chap. LX.— An Act for the relief of Robert Smart. March 31, 1832. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Robert Smart of Detroit, the sum of one hundred and twenty-three dollars, inPayment for plank, &c. full compensation for plank, boards, and shingles, taken from him in Sandwich and Detroit, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, for the use of the United States’ army. Approved, March 31, 1832.
