Chap. LVII.— An Act *for the relief of John Ashton.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, To be placed on pension list. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, directed to place the name of John Ashton, of Chatauque county, and state of New York, on the roll of invalid pensioners, and pay to him four dollars per month during his natural life, commencing on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four.
