Chap. LVII.— An Act for the relief of John B. Regnier. May 2, 1820. *Be it enacted, &c., * That John B. Regnier, of Ohio, be, and he hereby Authorized to enter a quarter section of land, &c.is, authorized to locate, in the Marietta district, any unappropriated quarter section of land which has been offered for sale by the United States; and, whenever the said Regnier shall have entered such quarter section with the register of the land office of the said district, it shall be the duty of the said register to give to him a certificate, describing the quarter section so entered; on the presentation of which to the Commissioner of the General Land Office, a patent shall issue to the said Regnier, for the aforesaid quarter section of land.
