Chap. LVI.— An Act *for the relief of Abraham E. Boutwell and David Pearson.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, Certain names to be placed on pension roll. That the Secretary of War be, and he hereby is, authorized, directed, and empowered to place the names of the following persons on the invalid pension roll of the United States, that is to say: Abraham E. Boutwell, at the rate of six dollars per month, commencing on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and that he pay him at that rate during his natural life; and David Pearson, at the rate of five dollars and thirty-three cents per month, commencing on the. first day of January, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and that he pay him at that rate during his natural life.
