Chap. LV.— An Act for the relief of Phebe Stuart. March 3, 1819. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension list, Phebe Stuart, widow of JamesTo be placed on the pension list. Stuart, deceased, under the provisions of an act, passed the sixteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixteen, making provision for the widows and orphans of the militia who had died in the service of the United States. Approved, March 3, 1819.
