Chap. LV.— An Act for the relief of Captain Daniel McDuff. April 2, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the provisions of the act, entitled “An act Provisions of act of May 15, 1828, ch. 53, extended to him.for the relief of certain surviving officers and soldiers of the army of the revolution,” approved on the 15th May, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight, be, and the same are hereby, extended to the said Daniel McDuff, as a captain in the continental line, in the same manner, and to the like effect, as if he had been placed on the pension list, as captain, under said act.
Sec. 2. Land warrant to be issued to him. *And be it farther enacted, *That the said Daniel McDuff shall be entitled to demand and receive a warrant for the like quantity of land, for which warrants have been issued to other captains of the continental line, in the war of the revolution. Approved, April 2, 1830.
