Chap. LV.— An Act for the relief of Michael Copp. May 16, 1826. *Be it enacted, &c., * To be paid for a rifle, &c. taken by U. S. That the Secretary of the Treasury pay to Michael Copp, out of any money, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighteen dollars, the value of a rifle gun and appendages taken from him in the late war, by order of an officer in service, for the use of the United States, and not returned. Approved, May 16, 1826.
