Chap. LIX.— An Act for the relief of George Hunter. April 25, 1808. *Beit enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers be authorized Account to be settled.to examine and settle the accounts of George Hunter, of Philadelphia, and in the said settlement to allow him a credit for such quantity of saltpetre, the property of the United States, delivered to him for the purpose of being purified, as shall be made appear to have been destroyed by fire in his warehouse. Approved, April 25, 1808.
