Chap. LIV.— An Act for the relief of Gregory Ennis and William R. Maddox. March 3, 1825. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed to pay out of any money in the treasury not otherwisePayment to them for graduating road, &c., round Capitol Square. appropriated, to Gregory Ennis and William R. Maddox, the sum of three thousand and eighteen dollars and fifty-five cents, in full for a balance due them by the Corporation of Washington, for the graduation and improvement of the circular road around the Capitol Square. Approved, March 3, 1825.
