Chap. LIII.— An Act *granting a pension to Solomon Case.* March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted, &c.*, To be placed on pension roll. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of Solomon Case, of the town of Penfield, in the county of Monroe, and state of New York, and that there be allowed to the said Case the’sum of four dollars per month during his natural life, to commence on the first day of January one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five.
