April 11, 1818. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officers of the treasuryAccounts to be settled. department be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to settle the accounts of Lemuel H. Osgood, late quartermaster in the third regiment of artillery, in such manner, and upon such terms, as may be equitable and just. Approved, April 11, 1818.
