Chap. LII.— An Act for the relief of Ithamar Canfield. May 10, 1800. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper officer be, and he is hereby authorizedThree land warrants to be issued to Ithamar Canfield, assignee, &c. and directed to issue three land warrants, of one hundred acres each, to Ithamar Canfield, assignee to Eliphalet Tomlinson, Jabez Tomlinson, and Abraham Shelly, who served the United States as soldiers during the revolutionary war, and became entitled to the said lands by virtue of a resolution of Congress: Provided, the transfers and powers of attorney are made out pursuant to the rules in such cases established at the war office. Approved, May 10, 1800.
