Chap. LI.— An Act *for the relief of the heirs of Daniel Pettibone, deceased.* July 6, 1842. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized to pay to the heirs or legal representatives ofPayment for a circular bullet-mould. Daniel Pettibone, deceased, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five thousand dollars, as a full consideration for the use of the “ circular bullet-mould ” invented by the said Pettibone, in the military service, and for the advantages resulting therefrom to the Government of the United States: *Provided*, That the saidProviso. sum of five thousand dollars be cotisidered in full of all claims against the United States, and a full acquittance therefor be given by the said legal representatives: *Provided, however*, That the representatives ofProviso. said Daniel Pettibone shall first transfer and convey to the United States all their right, interest, and title, in and to the said circular bullet-mould, and that the said sum of five thousand dollars shall be in full of all claims against the United States for the use of the same.
