Chap. L.— An Act for the relief of Alexander Donelson.Feb. 27, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That the Third Auditor of the Treasury ascertain the amount due to Alexander Donelson, assignee of David G. Claim for loss of a horse, &c. to be ascertained and paid. Howard, for the loss of a horse for the want of forage during the Seminole campaign, and for his horse equipments; on the same principles that the like cases have heretofore been decided by him; and the 537TWENTY-SECOND CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Ch. 51, 52, 53. 1833. amount thus ascertained, the Secretary of the Treasury is directed to pay to the said Alexander Donelson, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Approved, February 27, 1833.
