Chap. L.— An Act for the relief of Fulwar Skipwith. May 3, 1802. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid unto Fulwar Skipwith, out of Specific appropriation.any money in the public treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four thousand five hundred and fifty dollars, advanced by him for the use of the United States, with an interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, from the first day of November, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five, at which time the advance was made.
