IX.— An Act *granting a pension to George Whitten.* Feb. 13, 1845. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be paid to George Whitten, late a private in the twenty-first regiment of infantry, a pension, at the rate ofA pension granted to him. five dollars and thirty-three cents per month, to commence on the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and forty-three, and to continue during his natural life, he having been wounded in battle at Williamsburg, in Upper Canada, November eleventh, one thousand eight hundred and thirteen.
