Chap. IV.— An Act for the relief of Elijah Carr. Jan. 13, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That Elijah Carr, assignee of Elisha Carr, be, Authorized to relinquish certain land.and he is hereby, authorized to relinquish to the United States, in such manner and form as the Commissioner of the General Land Office may prescribe, the south-east quarter of section thirty-four, in township three north, of range two east, in the district of lands offered for sale by the United States at Jeffersonville.
Sec. 2. Authorized to enter certain other land. *And be it further enacted, *That the said Elijah Carr be authorized to enter at the office of the Register of the Land Office at Jeffersonville aforesaid, the north-east quarter of section three, in township two north, of range two east; and to receive from the United Proviso.States a patent for the same: *Provided,* The said quarter section of land last described shall remain unsold, and that the said Elijah Carr shall make the relinquishment and entry aforesaid, prior to the fourth day of July next.
