Chap. IV.— An Act to amend the act, entitled, “An act for the relief of the legal representatives of Henry Willis. Dec. 29, 1820. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the act, entitled “An act for the relief of the legal representatives of Henry Willis,” passed on the eighth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and twenty, be so construed as to except from location all town lots and lands now or hereafter reserved by the United States, or which may have been, or may be, appropriated by Congress for the use of any state, or for any other purpose, and that the location be made within two years from the passage of this act.
