Chap. III.— An Act for the relief of Benjamin Strother. Feb. 26, 1796. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Accounts of Benjamin Strother to be settled. That the proper accounting offices settle the accounts of Lieutenant Benjamin Strother, for supporting a number of recruits, on their march to the army, and allow him a reasonable sum for such expenditures, on his producing satisfactory proof that he has made such expenditures in the service of the United States. Approved, February 26, 1796.
