Chap. III.— An Act for the relief of Richard Dale. Jan. 11, 1814. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the proper accountingAllowance for sea stores. officers of the navy department be, and they are hereby authorized and required to settle and adjust the account of Richard Dale, and pass to his credit the amount of such sea stores as may have been furnished him by the United States while he was commander of the United States’ ship the Ganges: *Provided,* The said Richard Dale will relinquish all claims to the rations to which he may be entitled. Approved, January 11, 1814.
