Chap. II.— An Act for the relief of Andrew Joseph Villard. Jan. 4, 1809. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That there be paid to AndrewAllowance to him. Joseph Villard, the sum of one thousand dollars, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for his extra services and expense, in the mode of mounting heavy cannon for batteries, on a new construction, for the use and benefit of the United States. Approved, January 4, 1809.
