CXXX.— An Act *for the relief of Anna West, of the State of Massachusetts.*June 28, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Anna West, of Beverly, in the county ofTo be placed on pension roll. Essex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, on the pension roll, and to allow her a pension of twenty-six dollars and sixty-seven cents per year, during life, to commence on the fourth day of March, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one; the same to be paid to her guardian, Josiah West, or any other person legally authorized to receive it, for her use. Approved, June 28, 1838.
