Chap. CXXVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Peter Samuel Jaccard.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That Peter Samuel Jaccard, grantee of eighty acres of land in section thirty-one, in township thirteen south, rangeAuthorized to relinquish and enter land. two east, be, and he is hereby, authorized to relinquish to the United States, in such form as the Commissioner of the General Land Office shall prescribe, the certificate to the above described eighty acres of land; and upon such relinquishment being made, as aforesaid, the said Peter Samuel Jaccard shall be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter any other half-quarter section of land in the land .district of Shawneetown, Illinois.
