Chap. CXXVIII.— An Act for the benefit ofthe trustees of the Lafayette Academy, in Alabama. May 24, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be granted to the trustees of the LafayetteGrant of land for the use of the Lafayette Academy. Academy, in the state of Alabama, and their successors in office, the east half of section thirty-four, and the east half of the south-east and north-east quarters of section twenty-seven, in township four, range ten, west, in the Huntsville land district; to be applied or disposed of by them, for the sole use and benefit of said academy. Approved, May 24, 1828.
