CXXVII.— An Act *for the relief of Elizabeth Powers.* March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension roll. directed to place the name of Elizabeth Powers, widow of Timothy Powers, deceased, on the roll of revolutionary pensioners, and that she be paid, during her natural life, at the rate of eighty dollars per annum, commencing on the fourth day of March, A. D. one thousand eight hundred and thirty-one. Approved, March 3, 1843.
