CXXVII.— An Act *granting a pension to Niel NcNiel.*June 28, 1838. *Be it enacted, &c*.,That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension list. authorized and required to place the name of Niel McNiel, of the county 723 TWENTY-FIFTH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 128, 129, 130, 131, 132. 1838. of Herkimer, in the state of New York, upon the list of revolutionary pensioners, and to pay him the sum of thirty-one dollars and ninety-seven cents per annum, commencing on the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-one, and to continue during his natural life. Approved, June 28, 1838.
