Chap. CXXVII.— An Act for the relief of Elizabeth Shaw. May 24, 1828. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to Elizabeth Shaw, or herPayment of arrearages of pension due her late husband. legal representatives, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars, in full for the arrearages of the pension due to her late husband, John Shaw, at the time of his death. Approved, May 24, 1828.
