May 19, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to Dean Weymouth, late a soldier in the New York volunteers, and afterwards a soldier in the regularPayment to him for services as a soldier. army of the United States, out of any moneys of the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of eighty dollars, being in full for ten months’ pay as a private in the former corps.
