Chap. CXXV.— An Act for the relief of Judah Alden. May 28, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, Bounty land warrant to be issued.authorized and directed to issue a duplicate military bounty land warrant to Judah Alden, a Captain in the second Massachusetts regiment, in the army of the revolution, for three hundred acres of land; the original warrant, number twelve, having been lost or mislaid. Approved, May 28, 1830.
