Chap. CXXIX.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of James Davenport, deceased. May 28, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the proper accounting officer of the treasury department be, and he is hereby, authorized and required to pay to thePayment on account of pension due James Davenport. legal representatives of James Davenport, deceased, late an invalid pensioner of the United States, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the pension allowed to the same James Davenport, from the fourth of September, eighteen hundred and eighteen, when he received his last payment, until the time of his death.
