Chap. CXXIV.— An Act for the relief of the mother of Fitz Henry Babbit, late a Lieutenant in the Navy of the United States.March 2, 1833. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That a pension of two hundred dollars per annum, A pension allowed for five years. for the term of five years, to commence on the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and thirty, be allowed, and paid semi-annually, out of the navy pension fund, to Mary J. Babbit, the mother of Fitz Henry Babbit, late a lieutenant in the navy of the United States: *Provided, however,* That in case of the Proviso. death of the said Mary J.
Babbit, before the expiration of said term of five years, the said pension shall cease from and after the time of such death. Approved, March 2, 1833.
