Chap. CXXIII.— An Act *for the relief of Doctor J. M. Foltz.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the same pay be allowed, fromTo be allowed the pay of die former surgeon, &c. the seventh of June, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, to the ninth of March, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, to J. M. Foltz, that was allowed to surgeon at the headquarters of the United States marine corps who was relieved by him by order of the honorable the Secretary of the Navy. Approved, March 3, 1839.
