Chap. CXXIII.— An Act for the relief of Peter Gasney. May 28, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of the Treasury pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of fiftyPayment for a horse lost. dollars, to Peter Gasney, a mounted volunteer soldier in the campaign under Governor Shelby, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirteen, for the loss of his horse, in consequence of his having been dismounted and separated from him. Approved, May 28, 1830.
