Chap. CXXII.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of William V. Keary, deceased. May 20, 1826. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the legal representatives of William V. Land title confirmed.Keary, deceased, be, and they are hereby, confirmed in their title to a tract of land of four hundred arpens, lying on the east side of the Little Bayou Sarah, a part being in the state of Mississippi, and a part in the state of Louisiana, and being the same for which the said Keary received a deed of conveyance, on the twenty-fifth day of January, eighteen hundred and seventeen, from Richard Graves, and on which the NINETEENTH CONGRESS.
Sess. I. Ch. 141, 142, 143, 144. 1826. 353 widow of the said decedent now resides, and that the Commissioner of the General Land Office, upon being furnished with a plat and certificate of the survey of the land, executed by any authorized surveyor of the United States, issue a patent for the same: *Provided, however,*Proviso. That this act shall be construed as a mere relinquishment on the part of the government, and as not affecting the rights of any third person. Approved, May 20, 1826.
