Chap. CXXI.— An Act for the relief of John Allen.June 28, 1834. *Be it enacted, &c.,* That John Allen be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter at private sale with the register of the land office at Vincennes, Authorized to enter land at private sale. at any time within six months from the passage of this act, paying one dollar and twenty-five cents per acre, the tract of land on which he now lives, being location numbered two hundred and ninety-two, on the Vincennes donation tract, in township three north, and range seven west, in the land district aforesaid: *Provided, however,* That the pre-emption Proviso. hereby authorized shall in nowise interfere with any existing right of others.
