Chap. CXXI.— An Act granting a pension to Martin Miller. March 3, 1831. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be authorized and To be placed on pension list.directed to place the name of Martin Miller on the list of revolutionary pensioners, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January one thousand eight hundred and twenty-eight. Approved, March 3, 1831.
