Chap. CXX.— An Act for the relief of John Holmes. May 7, 1822. *Be it enacted, &c., * That there be paid to John Holmes, of the state Allowance to him for a horse killed in an Indian engagement.of Alabama, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty dollars, being in full for a horse killed in the action with the Creek Indians, at Emuckfaw, on the twenty-second day of January, one thousand eight hundred and fourteen. Approved, May 7, 1822.
