Chap. CXVIII.— An Act confirming the titles of certain purchasers of land who purchased from the board of trustees of the Vincennes university. April 27, 1816. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the several persons who purchased land inTitle to a tract of land confirmed. township numbered two, south of range numbered eleven west, in the district of Vincennes, from the board of trustees for the Vincennes university, which was incorporated by an act of the legislature of the Indiana territory, entitled “An act to incorporate a university in the Indiana territory,” passed the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and six, be, and they are hereby, confirmed in their titles in fee simple, respectively.
