CXVIII.— An Act *for the relief of Andrew Fisher.*March 3, 1843. *Be it enacted, &c*., That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby,Payment for certain repairs. directed to pay to Andrew Fisher, or his legal representatives, the sum of seventy-nine dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, being the amount of expenses incurred by him in repairing the damages done to the light-house keeper’s house at Gibraltar, on Detroit river, while in the possession (by impressment) of the United States troops under the command of General Brady, in one thousand eight hundred and thirty-eight.
