Chap. CXVII.— An Act *for the relief of the widow of Thomas Kibbey.*March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted, &c*., That there be allowed and paid to the widow ofWidow of T. Kibbey to be paid the sum to which he would have been entitled, &c. Thomas Kibbey, deceased, late a private in the marine corps, and who died by reason of a disability received in the line of his duty, the sum to which he would have been entitled as a full pensioner, from the first day of April, eighteen hundred and thirty-four, to the first day of April, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, had he been on the pension list during that time. Approved, March 3, 1839.
